These terms apply to your use of the AfterClass website and app, provided by [legal entity name] (ABN [ABN]) ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using AfterClass you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account. Children use AfterClass under a parent or guardian's account and supervision.
  • Give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • A subscription covers one child. Do not share an account between children or families.

2. Free trial, subscriptions and payment

  • New accounts may start a free trial of [7 days]. [Describe whether a card is required and what happens at the end of the trial.]

Practice content is designed to match the style of the NSW OC and Selective tests but is not produced by, or endorsed by, the NSW Department of Education.

5. Acceptable use

Do not copy, resell, scrape or share our questions and content, try to break or bypass the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

We own or license the questions, explanations, software and design on AfterClass. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your child's own study while your account is active.

7. Your content

Writing and other material your child submits remains yours. You allow us to use it to provide the service, give feedback and improve our systems.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep AfterClass available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give notice of significant changes that affect a paid plan.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where the law does not allow us to exclude liability, our liability is limited, at our choice, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

11. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
